At Dprince, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, reliable, and worry-free. That’s why we’ve made our shipping and exchange process as simple and transparent as possible.

Shipping Information:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout. We sometimes offer free shipping during promotions.

Exchange Policy:

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. That’s why we offer a hassle-free exchange option.

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange and ship the replacement product.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like  customized products, or clearance items) may not be eligible for exchange. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within six (6) days of the date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
